SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Time Out Group runs evening activities in the local community for adults with learning disabilities and volunteer supporters. If you live in Handforth, Alderley Edge or Wilmslow, have a learning disability and would like to get out more in the evening then Time Out Group could help.
We meet at a leisure centre where we swim, play badminton or go in the gym; at a local hall to learn about healthy eating and try out new recipes, have quizzes or plan our next activities; or on summer’s evenings you’ll find us out for walks or playing tennis or bowling in the local park. You can see more information at www.timeoutgroup.org.uk or you can email email@example.com.
