FFL’s expectations following the ease of regulations

Following the lifting of restrictions on Monday 19th July, we wanted to give you a little update on Friends for Leisure’s expectations:

-If any member of your family has Covid-19 symptoms, you must not attend. Please let us know in advance of the session if you can.

-We appreciate that some people are exempt from wearing face coverings, but we ask that those who can, continue to do so. We do understand that the hot weather makes this more of a challenge, but venues will be kept well ventilated, and accepting these small inconveniences will help to keep everyone safe.

-We ask that everyone continues to socially distance when attending our activities. This includes when signing in and out.

-For any activities that have a cost to them, we encourage payment by bank transfer or correct change on the day. Payment details will be provided in individual activity reminders.

-Our ongoing hygiene, cleaning and safety measures will remain in place and hand sanitiser will be available. All activities and venues are individually risk assessed and these are available on request.

-In order to protect everyone who is involved with Friends for Leisure, staff will be taking frequent lateral flow tests. You may wish to consider this also. Should positive test results mean that a session can no longer be delivered, we will let you know.

These measures will stay in place until further notice.

Thank you for your cooperation. We really appreciate it.

Let’s play it safe and have fun!
